Payment
Postage and packing costs are given onscreen per order. There is no charge for postage and
packing on orders over £19.
You can pay using any of the major credit or debit cards, as shown in the basket and checkout area.
Delivery
Your order is despatched once your payment has been authorised and we endeavour to deliver
within the time specified (either within 1 or 5 working days).
Delivery to an alternative address
If you would like your order sent to another address, simply change the shipping address information
at the checkout. We will then ensure that the accompanying invoice does not give details of the
price of the order.
Little Bookworms 30 day money back guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods once they are delivered,
whether you have just changed your mind, or the product is not all that you thought it would be,
return them to Little Bookworms using the returns slip enclosed with your order and, providing we
receive it in good condition, with the original packaging we will refund the purchase price.
You should expect to receive your refund using the same method as your original payment within 30 days. We regret that we cannot refund any postage and packing costs and it is the customer's responsiblity to pay for returning the package. We advise that you obtain proof of postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged goods
If you wish to return an item because it was delivered with a fault or damage Little Bookworms will
refund the full purchase price including postage and packing costs.
Any refund will be made using the same method as the original payment and within 30 days. Simply complete the returns slip and return the goods to Little Bookworms, remember to obtain proof of postage.
Little Bookworms reserve the right to refuse or issue a refund and to recover the cost of the
returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after
delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the
problem is due to normal wear and tear. We do ask that damaged or faulty items are returned promptly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
